How to fix your Ethernet connection that’s not working

• Is your Ethernet cable well connected?
• Check if the Ethernet cable works
• Restart the modem and router
• Try a Wi-Fi connection
• Look for viruses

• Restart the computer or device
• Are you using a VPN?
• Is your Ethernet enabled?
• Reinstall the Ethernet drivers
• Reset your network settings
